I’m a 30-something dad with a restless mind. I’ve been doing tech support for ten years now, and am looking to expand my career path. I'm currently studying cybersecurity and surrounding topics to get my foot eventually in the door of Cybersecurity's vast and quickly-growing realm of opportunities.

Some things about me:

I've been performing the role of AppleCare Advisor for nine years, the most recent five of them being in a Senior Advisor role.
A troubleshooting mindset and a desire to dive deeper in to the puzzle.
Professional and personable nature along with a passion for technology provides the best of both worlds when interacting with the consumer.
A passion for Open Source Intelligence and cybersecurity, and helping consumers protect their information, identities, and devices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert-level knowledge in MacOS and iOS operating systems
Proficient in Windows and Linux (Ubuntu and Debian operating systems and their command-line interfaces)
Experience in networking, wireless, and Web technologies
Enough HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge to make this homepage
